The city of Mumbai gets one more reason to rejoice as Bayroute; a fine dining Mediterranean restaurant marked its entry at Cuffe Parade today. The pre-opening launch weekend at Bayroute run by Actor Shaad Randhawa and Arjun Raj Kher (Vicky), Brand Head, was a star studded affair witnessing the presence of various prominent B-Town faces like Emraan Hashmi, Tabu, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Imran Khan, Urvashi Dholakia, Suchitra Pillai, Manasi Scott, Ira Dubey, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, Narayani Shastri, Narendra Kumar Ahmed making the bash a glamorous one.

The newly launched restaurant is located in the heart of Mumbai; the place surely has the advantage to attract footfall at the eatery. It impresses with its Mediterranean ambiance and exudes class while keeping things casual and chic.

Bayroute stylishly serves Mediterranean cuisine right from their appetizers Quinoa Tabbouleh, to their sorbets such as the Shorba Manti, Lebanon Lentil. Also featuring on the menu is Manakeesh like Zaatar, Morrocon Dijaj. Moving onto the menu for the main course, the restaurant serves Fatteh, Rotisserie Chicken etc. The dessert menu is designed to be addictive, with Lotus Drama, Gold Souk, Baklava and many more soul – satisfying classics.

Bollywood actress Tabu, who's all set for the release of her next titled Missing, with Manoj Bajpayee, was also snapped at the do. The plush interiors of the restaurant are aesthetically designed keeping in mind the comfort and sensibilities of customers, thus making Bayroute the best spot to watch out for in Cuffe Parade.
