Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas made their relationship official with a roka ceremony on August 18
It is so good to know that Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas have taken their relationship one step ahead with a roka ceremony which was held at the Quantico stars residence in Mumbai on Saturday morning.
Not only did they make things official with the Indian ritual, they also for the first time on a public platform announced their love for each other unhesitatingly.
After the roka ceremony, several pictures of the lovely couple surfaced on the internet and went viral, but fans wanted to know more about their desi girl and were looking forward to the engagement bash that the couple hosted in Mumbai, which saw quite a few stars from B-Town.
Nick Jonas’ parents, who are in India, also attended the party along with the Chopra family.
Priyanka's cousin and actress Parineeti Chopra, and film producer Siddharth Roy Kapur were among the first guests to arrive at the bash.
Brahmastra actress Alia Bhatt, filmmakers Vishal Bhardwaj and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, VJ Anusha and DJ Khushi lead the celeb roll call.
Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani also attended the party with daughter Isha. Aayush Sharma, Arpita Khan Sharma, Mushtaq Sheikh were also photographed arriving at the engagement venue.
The dress code veered between relaxed and dressy, with Alia and Parineeti in relatively casual outfits while the bride-to-be's mother Madhu Chopra and the Ambanis made more of an effort.
