Deepika Padukone has reached Cannes one week ahead of her red carpet appearance, pic inside

Cannes Film Festival 2018 is ready to roll out the red carpet of biggest stars across the globe. Our desi beauties including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Huma Quereshi and even Kangana Ranaut are going to add glamour at the star-studded red carpet.

Miss Padukone made her debut last year and once again she is going slay down the red carpet in style this year as well. While the French Riviera will host the prestigious film festival starting May 8th, Deepika has landed in the city already. The Padmaavat actress confirmed her presence in Cannes with a cute little update on Instagram. Before the madness begins, she is soaking in 'summer indulgence'

Apart from the red carpet appearance, Deepika is reportedly supposed to shoot for an ad for the cosmetic brand she is promoting. Dress fittings could also be one of the reasons for her early arrival. Deepika Padukone is expected to attend the Met Gala this year and will walk down the Cannes' red carpet on May 10th and 11th. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be there on May 12th and 13th while Sonam Kapoor who is getting married on May 8th will make her 'Cannes'tastic appearance on May 14th and 15th. Kangana Ranaut is also making her Cannes debut this year.

Cannes Film Festival is scheduled from May 8th - May 19th.
