Not 'Student Of The Year 2'! Ananya Panday to debut in THIS Ranveer Singh film?

After Sridevi's daughter Janhvi Kapoor's debut with Dhadak, another budding star-kid who's all set to make her Bollywood debut is Chunky Pandey's daughter Ananya Panday. While Ananya has already been shooting for Student of the year 2 along with Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria, looks like SOTY 2 may not actually be Ananya's debut film. 

Why do we say so? Well, turns out that we may get to winess Ananya's acting chops much before the release of her debut film (SOTY 2 is slated for a May 10, 2019 release). A report on Pinkvilla, originally attributed to in.com, suggests that Ananya may be seen in a cameo in Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer Zoya Akhtar film Gully Boy. 

The report quoted a source as saying that Ananya will be seen in a special cameo in Gully Boy in which Ranveer will be seen in the role of a rapper. Gully Boy is to hit the theatres in February next year. Since Gully Boy will release before SOTY 2, it only makes sense to say that Ananya's big screen debut will be Gully Boy and not Student of the year 2. 

Meanwhile, we had told you that Karan Johar's original students Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra will be seen in a special song in the opening credits of the sequel. While it was confirmed that Tiger Shroff will also be a part of the lavish song, it's not certain whether Ananya and Tara too will be seen in it.
