Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja wedding: 'Veere Di Wedding' co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan will only attend the reception

All eyes are on Sonam Kapoor and beau Anand Ahuja's wedding on May 8th. With just a few days to go, netizens are glued to every update from the big fat Bollywood wedding. From details about the bride's designer trousseau to the star performers at the sangeet ceremony, Sonam's fans can't wait to know every detail about her d-day.

The couple's elegant e-card which went viral recently revealed that the mehendi ceremony will take place on May 7th at the Sunteck, Signature Island where the dress code for the guests is shades of white. The couple will get married at Sonam's aunt Kavita Singh's bungalow the next morning and the evening will witness a star-studded bash at suburban hotel in Mumbai. 

But did you know that the brighest star of Sonam's first release post marriage -Veere Di Wedding will only attend the reception bash. According to Pinkvilla report, unlike Karan Johar and farah Khan who are actively involved at the sangeet ceremony, Bebo will only be attended the reception. The entertainment website also reported that the actress is expected to dazzle in Faraz Manan outfit or her favourite designer Manish Malhotra. 

 Meanwhile, Sonam Kapoor's cousins are said to gearing up for full filmy sangeet ceremony. Her cousins inclduing Arjun Kapoor, Shanaya, Anshula and others are reportedly prepared to dance to Sonam's hit tracks such as Abhi to Party Shuru Hui Hai and songs from her upcoming Veere Di Wedding. As per Mid-Day report, Janhvi Kapoor will dance to her mother Sridevi's hit songs while Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor will dance to Anil Kapoor's hits. Daddy Anil Kapoor is reportedly collaborating with buddies Anupam Kher and Satish Kaushik for fun act on the dance floor. 

But if the reports are to be believed our dream to see Sonam Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan groove to their latest hit, 'Tareefan' is not happening at 'Veeras' real life wedding.
