A naval officer was assaulted by three drunken men in the Pancharipuri area while he was returning home after duty.

According to the victim Captain Manu Mohan, while he was on the way to his home around 10 pm, along with his guard Lalji, they spotted an autorickshaw around which, three men were drinking discreetly.
