Did Hrithik Roshan ask T-Series to drop Kangana Ranaut from 'Aashiqui 3'?

Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan have a past. One that has been spread over headlines in the last few years. Yes, the two were allegedly seeing each other, after Duggu's split with wife Sussanne Khan but weren't comfortable in accepting their relationship in public. After the news spread everywhere, equations between the two soured. 

Hrithik decided to give Kangana the royal snub at most events. To the extent of not even acknowledging her presence at different dos. Then, Hrithik was signed on for Aashiqui 3 and Sonam Kapoor was being considered for the role. But Sonam decided to opt out of the picture and the makers were keen on casting Kangana opposite Duggu. But as they say, some things can never work out.

Spotboye.com reports that when T-Series told Hrithik about the idea of casting Kangana opposite him, he threw a massive fit and even told the makers to think of a different choice. He clearly told them that he wasn't comfortable working with her and got her axed from the film. Hrithik, now this wasn't fair!
