Revealed: Who are playing Aamir Khan's daughters in 'Dangal'?

Aamir Khan won't have a release in 2015. But for his next film, Dangal, Aamir is leaving no stone unturned. Playing a father to three daughters in the film, Aamir is also sporting a salt and pepper look for the film. But the question that's on everyone's minds is who are the ones playing Aamir's daughters in the film?

So here's the inside scoop. Our source close to the director informs us, "Already three actors are in talks with the director and Nitesh Tiwari feels the three actresses are perfect for the roles". Who are the three actors, you ask! "Taapsee Pannu, Deeksha Seth and Akshara Hassan are the ones who Nitesh has talked to", the source reveals.

"Taapsee has shown great promise and Nitesh was bowled over by her performance in Baby. Playing the daughter to a wrestler Aamir, Taapsee's character too needs to be agile and athletic. The amount of stunts she pulled off in Baby is commendable. She is the perfect choice", our source added. But nothing has been finalised yet with Deeksha and Akshara. "They have just auditioned for the film. Nitesh has liked their auditions but nothing has bee finalised now. No one has signed on dotted lines yet. So once they do, the announcements will be made officially", revealed another source from the production. 

While it was earlier reported that Kangana Ranaut will play one of Aamir's daughters, it can now be put to rest. "Kangana was not even offered the film. There is no point talking about it", the source concluded. 

Dangal is loosely based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Phogat and his daughters. Aamir will play Phogat's character whereas three actresses are being roped in to play his daughter. Shooting is going on in full swing and Aamir has already bulked up a lot for the film.
