Shah Rukh Khan's 'Fan' poster: Why this is the best we've seen this year!

About three decades back, it was considered an art. Today it's all digital and the brilliance lies in how well someone can present it. Back then, it was sheer hand-painted. Now, it's computerised. Film posters. While posters have lost their old charm, there are still few digital posters made today that makes Bollywood proud. Sometimes, the concept strikes a chord while most times, it's the creativity that catches attention. 

The first teaser of Shah Rukh Khan's Fan is out. The official logo too has been unveiled. And the second teaser is already on its way. Yet when the team unveiled the latest poster from the film, we could not help but heap praises on the team for bringing about the core idea behind making such a film so beautifully.

The idea is loud and clear!
The idea looks exciting on paper. A superstar playing his own fan on celluloid. Having said that, it's still a risky proposition as well. But kudos to Maneesh Sharma and his entire gang who's brought out the core theme so properly. Seen in the poster is Shah Rukh's biggest fan Gaurav, surrounded by posters of SRK all over his room. The vibe and essence is perfect and the execution prim and proper. We love.

It connects!
Are you a SRK fan? Then you will obviously connect to the film, considering that he's leading the crew. But picture this. Are you a die hard fan? Of any other Bollywood actor, actress, cricketer, sportsman, wrestler, et al? We are sure you too will connect with the film. Especially with what's portrayed in the poster. The relatability with the character is definitely going to be a huge bonus for the film which has already sky rocketed our expectations and upped our anticipation levels. Come on, we all have had posters of our favourite star on the walls. And picking this to be the poster for your film is definitely an intelligent move for sure. 

Hundreds of Shah Rukhs!
Fan is possibly a film that's not just special for all SRK fans but for the actor himself and his family as well. Why? Given the several hundreds of Shah Rukhs you see in the poster- ones that come in different sizes from the miniature to the life sized ones, Fan must have been a walk down memory lane for our King Khan too. Almost 25 years in the business and still reigning as one of the top actors, Shah Rukh's journey has always been a common man's dream. Perhaps the best success story ever in Bollywood, this is one rags-to-riches story that will touch hearts worldwide. Through the eyes of a Fan, of course!
