Shahid Kapoor and Anushka Sharma have turned super-glamourous for a particular song in their forthcoming movie Badmaash Company that will also see the girl sporting a bikini top.

However, all wasn’t smooth during the filming with the director rejecting all the clothes that were initially short-listed for the song.
A highly placed source close to the making of the movie reveals on conditions of anonymity, “The new song Ayaashi has Shahid Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Meiyang Chang and Vir Das in an extremely glamorous look. When the director of the film, Parmeet Sethi, saw the clothes that had been selected for the song, he immediately rejected them.”

The informer adds that Parmeet had a perfect look in his mind which wasn’t matching with the clothes that was being brought to him by the stylist. After much deliberation, Parmeet himself decided to hit the streets and shop for the shoot.

“He actually went out to genuine designer stores and shopped for the cast in New York. The boys turned out looking dapper and Anushka couldn’t be more chic,” adds the informer.

When contacted, a spokesperson from Yash Raj Films confirmed to us about this development.
