Bruna Abdullah's new moves!

When Brazilian import Bruna Abdullah sashayed down the ramp at the city's fashion weeks, she caught our attention! She shot to fame and soon became a Page3 regular, with Bollywood offers pouring in (albeit only item numbers) and on the personal front she nabbed the jet-setting Sunny Sara.

Watching her bask in so much attention, it would be easy for one to assume that Bruna was now living the high-life. However, After Hrs has learnt that for Bruna the real picture is rather different. In a bid to prepare herself more for Bollywood, the hottie is shifting base to Chennai to work in the South Indian film industry from where offers are pouring by.

“I'm getting Bollywood offers, but not those kinds that I would really like to take up. I want to better prepare myself for the Hindi film industry so that when I do start, I go on for a longer time. Meanwhile, I want to work in South India from where I'm getting many offers for films as well as stage shows. I think it will be a good learning experience for me and I want to pursue my career there. To cope with the work in the South, I will shifting base too. Living out of Mumbai will be difficult, but I love Mumbai and will frequent it time and again. And moreover, I want to have a good career here too. So, I am not leaving this city...I can't," Bruna informed.
