Nicole Kidman's latest movie headed straight to video

 It looks like Nicole Kidman's acting career has hit a snag, with her latest movie set to go straight to video.

Kidman, 44, co-stars with Oscar-winner Nicolas Cage, 47, in the movie 'Trespass', which is not a low-budget art-house flick but a mainstream thriller, News.com.au reported.

In the movie, the two play a wealthy couple whose fractured relationship is tested when a group of ruthless criminals invade their house and take them hostage.

Producers released the film in US cinemas on the same day as it was made available on video on demand - and it was out on DVD only a few weeks.
