Tom Holland the tradition of guarding all the Marvel Cinematic Universe do not go hand in hand. The British actor got in trouble for revealing a few details about Spider-Man: Homecoming and Avengers: Infinity War. That made him and Mark Ruffalo (who live-streamed first 15 minutes of Thor: Ragnarok on Instagram) the butt of the jokes throughout the Infinity War promotions.

Looks like the tradition continues.

Holland is in Seattle to attend Ace Comic-Con and to keep his fans updated, he posted a video on Instagram. He said that there was no announcement about the second movie for the revived franchise. But the video shows otherwise.

In the video, he said that he has received the script for the new Spider-Man sequel and he revealed an iPad with the title Spider-Man: Far From Home. Intentionally or unintentionally, Holland did announce something new from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Fans will accept this eagerly because MCU will not be part of the San Diego Comic-Con next month. The TV arm of Marvel will be the focus, but do not expect big things ahead of Captain Marvel and Avengers 4 release.

In the video, Holland says that he has no idea how his character will return for the second Spider-Man movie since his character died in Avengers: Infinity War. But even talking about this, he confirmed that after giving that heart-wrenching performance in the final few minutes of the tentpole movie, Peter Parker is definitely not dead.

Sorry for no announcements, but I love you guys

Hoping Far From Home is the actual title of the movie, there is really not much out in the open that hints at what will be the next story for web-slinger's second solo outing. Jake Gyllenhaal is circling to play the baddie Mysterio in the sequel. Michael Keaton, who played Vulture in the first movie, will be back too.

Zendaya, Marisa Tomei is set to return as well. Jon Watts is back as director and Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley are working on the script.

The movie is set to be released on July 5, 2019
