After ice bucket and mannequin, a new challenge has created a storm on the internet - Kiki challenge.

However, police across have issued a warning against taking part in the Kiki challenge after several people were injured while performing the act.

Delhi Police had issued directives against #KikiChallenge and urged everyone to dance on the floor rather than the roads. "Dance on the floors, not on the roads! #KikiChallenge is not worth the fun. #InMyFeelings Keep #Delhi roads safe for all," Delhi Police posted on Twitter.

 

 

Mumbai Police was definitely not amused and urged everyone on Twitter to refrain taking part in such a 'nuisance' challenge. "Not just a risk for you but your act can put life of others at risk too. Desist from public nuisance or face the music! DanceYourWayToSafety #InMySafetyFeelingsChallenge," Mumbai Police tweeted.

 

 

Uttar Pradesh Police was also quick to respond to the Kiki challenge and came up a witty tweet. "Dear Parents, whether Kiki loves your child or not, we are sure you do! So please stand by your kids in all the challenges in life except #kikichallenge. #KiKiHardlyAChallenge #InMyFeelingsChallenge #UPPolice," UP posted on Twitter.

 

 

Bengaluru Police also retweeted a tweet saying, "We strongly oppose the #kikichallenge as it puts the life of the performer and others on the road at risk, including vehicle damage."

Jaipur Police had the touch of black comedy in their tweet while warning against the dangerous challenge: "Don't challenge death. Be wise - keep away from silly stunts & advise your friends as well to stay safe."

 

 

Also, police around the globe were not impressed. 

 

 

Celebrities like Nia Sharma, Nora Fatehi, Adah Sharma, Priyank Sharma, Kushal Tandon, Bhumika Gurung and Karishma Sharma posted videos on their social media handles where they can all be seen performing the challenge in their own unique styles.

It all started when comedian Shiggy posted a video on Instagram dancing to the beats of the Drake's latest track. However, as the video went viral, the dance challenge escalated to a whole new level with people jumping out of their car and dancing along with the moving car to the 'Keke Do you love me' track. A lot of videos have also gone viral where the act can be seen horribly gone wrong.
