MICA students to take Hult challenge

Five students from Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) have qualified for the regional competition of the third Hult Global Case Challenge in Shanghai.

The case challenge - focuses on developing catalytic solutions to the global poverty crisis - will be organized on February 24 and will see presence of students from across the globe.  

MICA's team is captained by Aditya Basole, Aishwarya Padmanabhan, Ambuj Saxena, Anshul Kandpal and Aditya Jain.  The competition will take place on Hult International Business School's five campuses in Boston, San Francisco, London, Dubai and Shanghai. MICA will compete in Shanghai. 

The 2012 Hult Global Case Challenge will focus on breaking the cycle of global poverty through developing sustainable solutions that will provide affordable housing, affordable energy, and affordable education to the bottom of the pyramid. "The Hult GCC is the an internationally acclaimed case competition featuring thousands of students competing from over 100 countries. We are honoured to be a part of the mission," said one of the participating students. All regional winners will be flown to New York City for the final competition to be held on April 26.
