Tulsi Prajapati murder case: Rajasthan cops lend a helping hand

The Rajasthan police are lending all help to the Gujarat police to nab the absconding police personnel from the former's cadre who are wanted in the Tulsi Prajapati murder case. A team of CID (Crime) had earlier returned empty handed from Udaipur and Jaipur after they failed to nab the four absconders in the Prajapati murder case.

CID, however, has pasted a copy of the legal summons at the residences of the absconding cops asking them to be present before it. In a telephonic conversation, district superintendent of police, Udaipur, Sanjib Narjari told DNA that they had lend all legal help to nab the absconders. The four have been identified as Naransingh Chauhan, assistant superintendent of police, Kartarsingh Jat, Yudhveersingh Jat and Dalpatsingh Rathod, all constables in Udaipur.

Apart from issuing legal summons to the absconders, the CID (Crime) has also served the summons at the police stations in which these personnel are posted.

Narjari said that some of the absconders were on leave while others were under training before they went missing.  "Even though the final responsibility of arresting them is with the Gujarat police, the Rajasthan police will help its counterpart in their efforts," he said.
