AIIMS Result: 9 Kota students among top 10

Nine students of a Kota coaching institute figure among top 10 in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) entrance examination 2018, the results of which were declared on Monday. Overall, 34 students are among Top 50.

Three among the Top 10 are students of distance learning programme while the rest are from class room programme.

Ramneek Kaur Mahal, Manraj Sra both from Punjab and Eishvauk Aggarwal from Haryana (all from distance learning program)secured second, fourth and 10th position respectively.

Mehak Arora of Haryana has obtained AIR 3, Amitabh Pankaj Chauhan of Gujrat secured AIR 5, Abdur Rehman Asrarul Haque from U.P. AIR – 6, Sangeet Rathi of Haryana AIR 7, Amulya Gupta of Delhi AIR 8 and Somal Agarwal of Rajasthan AIR 9. All these students are from institute’s class room programme.

Amitabh Chauhan AIR-5 has bagged AIR-1 in SC Category whereas Prince Chaudhary AIR-18, Classroom student of the institute has secured AIR-1 in OBC Category, All India Institute of Medical Sciences entrance tests were held in New Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Rishikesh, Raipur, Guntur and Nagpur.

As per results compiled till now, 34 students of the institute are in Top-50, which includes 24 students from classroom programme and 10 from distance learning programme. AIIMS MBBS 2018 exam was conducted on 26 and 27th May in online mode.
