Full frontal fashion

That Kajol is a good friend of designer Manish Malhotra is a known fact so she just reiterated it when she walked in for his show. Clad in (no prizes for guessing) a Manish creation, her red spectacles stood out as she sat next to another Manish muse Urmila Matondkar and the two cheered for Manish right through.

Earlier — just before the show, Manish caught up with fellow designer Rohit Bal who was posing for a few pictures. Manish teased, “Rohit, you have all the time to pose for pics, but no time to greet a friend!” To which Rohit gave an equally quick reply, “Buddy, I was going to tell you the same thing!”

This apart, Avanti Birla, Natasha Poonawalla, Queenie, Atulya and Sheetal Mafatlal were some of the other celebs in attendance at Manish Malhotra's show.

Here is what you should look out for on Day4 at LFW:
Gauri & Nainika (7pm): This Delhi-based sister duo is showing its first collection at the LFW and the collection epitomises the spirit of all things ‘classic and refined.’ Drawing its inspiration heavily from a martini drink will be a series of outfits in red. But the core of the collection is set in classic black and white with a strong focus on detailing inspired by vintage millinery.

Vikram Phadnis (9pm): Vikram’s bridal collection will certainly have a fair share of bling, not to mention a riot of colours. Sarees, lehenga-cholis and salwar suits - it will be traditional outfits galore. Of course, this last show of the day should also attract some glamour with the presence of Vikram’s Bollywood friends.
