BMW considers building 300,000 vehicles in China

German luxury carmaker BMW expects China could overtake the UK as its third largest market this year and forecast local sales could reach 300,000 vehicles per year in the future.                                           
 

"From our point of view, it is realistic that we will need this capacity over the long-term," chief executive Norbert Reithofer told reporters in Beijing on Thursday ahead of the city's auto show that begins this week.
