Hospitality firm EIH Ltd said on Thursday its board has approved buying 45.85% stake in its international joint venture EIH Holdings Ltd British Virgin Islands for $45 million.
EIH Ltd's wholly owned unit will acquire the equity interest of Amex Investment Ltd in the JV, it added.
The joint venture firm has investments in hotels in Mauritius, Indonesia and hotel management contracts in various countries, it added.
