Oppo has unveiled the Oppo R15 and Oppo R15 Dream Mirror Edition smartphones in China.
Oppo has unveiled the Oppo R15 and Oppo R15 Dream Mirror Edition smartphones in China. While the Oppo R15 will be priced at CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs 30,800) and comes in Snow White, Hot Red, and Star Purple colour variants, the Oppo R15 Dream Mirror Edition in Dream Mirror Red version will be priced at CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs 33,900) and its Ceramic Edition will be priced at CNY 3,499 (around Rs 35,900).
The devices will go on sale in China starting April 1. At the moment there is no information provided as to when the device will be available in India.
In terms of features, the Oppo R15 features 6.28-inch 19:9 AMOLED display along with a 2280 x 1080 resolution. It will be powered by a MediaTek’s new Helio P20 processor, paired with 6GB of RAM. It sports an internal storage of 128GB, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. It comes equipped with a 16MP Sony IMX519 rear camera sensor along with LED flash and f/1.7 aperture. Towards the front, the device includes a 20MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS and USB Type-C. Running Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box with ColorOS 5.0 on top, it will be backed by a 3450mAh battery.

It will be powered by a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 processor, paired with 6GB of RAM. It sports an internal storage of 128GB, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. It comes equipped with a 16MP Sony IMX519 rear camera sensor along with LED flash and f/1.7 aperture. Towards the front, the device includes a 20MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.16MP + 20MP rear camera. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS and USB Type-C. A 3400mAh battery will complete the package.
