Blitzkrieg, the 11-year-old annual BMM fest of KC college is back this year and will be held on 27th and 28th November. In the past the festival's themes have been 'It's good to be bad' where contests were based on villains and 'Let the music take over' which was all about music. This year's theme pays tribute to the heroes of 26/11 and is called: Save the World.

The fest was announced with a stellar launch party which gave the 30 contingents a glimpse of the magnitude of the event and the competition in the event. The launch party happened at Lower Parel's Tryst. The team organising the Blitzkreig was revealed at the launch after which sumptuous cupcakes custom-made specially for the Blitz launch were relished by all the contingents.

After that, the contingents came together to do something breathtaking. They call it the Blitz Clap, a coordinated performance where students clap one after the other much like the Mexican wave. The launch party was followed by a grand Contingent Leader (CL) and Assistant Contingent Leader (ACL) meet at Bandra's Hotel Taj Lands End where the 'superhero' for every contingent was revealed: Superman, Wolverine, Captain American, Batman, Flash, Spiderman, Thor and Iron Man are a few names.

For students who want to 'Save the World' with the Marvel and DC superheroes, be there at KC college on 27th and 28th November.
