Starting from the Congress to Mamata Banerjee, all have a single point agenda-based mission and that is 'Modi Hatao', says Rupani

Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, on Tuesday, said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would get more seats in 2019 Lok Sabha polls than 2014 and Narendra Modi woud become the Prime Minister again. He was addressing the BJP's state-level meeting at the party's headquarters in Shri Kamalam.

Addressing the top cadres of the party functionaries, Rupani said, "Starting from the Congress to Mamata Banerjee, all have a single point agenda-based mission and that is 'Modi Hatao'. However, our Prime Minister and crores of party workers have been working in the interest of the nation. I am confident that Narendrabhai will again become the Prime Minister and the BJP will get more seats in these polls than the last. Gujarat will give all 26 seats to the party."

Rupani criticised Hardik Patel and the Congress. He said that Hardik was Congress's pawn and that the former ran the agitation at the behest of Congress misleading the Patidar community.

"We have been saying that Hardik is Congress's pawn and ran the quota agitation to achieve political goals. Today, after he joined the Congress, it has been proven that the Congress was behind the agitation. The Patidar community is wise enough to understand this and in the next polls, the community will unitedly defeat Hardik Patel in Lok Sabha polls," Rupani further added.

State in-charge of BJP Om Mathur directed the party leaders to work with relentless efforts until their goal is achieved. The Gujarat BJP chief Jitu Vaghani gave compliments to PM Modi-led central government for eliminating terrorism from India.

The party leaders paid their homage to the martyrs of the Pulwama attack and passed a resolution condemning the terror activity sponsored by Pakistan.

The senior leaders also directed the team of 78 observers that has been appointed for each of the 26 Lok Sabha seats to visit the constituency assigned to them. The observers will visit their constituencies during March 13, 14, and 15 and then, will submit a report to the Parliamentary board. BJP's parliamentary board meeting is going to be held during March 16 to 18 at Shri Kamalam.
