In politics, we have extreme candidates who at the same time are popular and the sustainability of growth is in question. Our energies at the institute at such times are focussed on asking what we should be doing and helping future managers to learn so as to deal with these turbulent times.

When we move out to geographical areas, we leave behind relationships as very often when we anticipate we that will not spend much time in one place and we begin to put less efforts to do things to benefit the society.
