Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP president Amit Shah, and party patriarch LK Advani are among the top BJP leaders who will vote in Ahmedabad on Tuesday.
The state BJP said in a release that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will cast his vote at a booth in Nishan high school in Ranip at 7:30 am, while Amit Shah will cast his vote in Naranpura at 9:00 am.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley is slated to cast his vote at Chimanbhai Patel Institute on SG Highway at 12:30 pm.
Incidentally, all the three booths are a part of Gandhinagar Lok Sabha seat, from where Shah is contesting.
The BJP also said that LK Advani will cast his vote at a school in Khanpur.
Among other leaders, chief minister Vijay Rupani will exercise his right to vote in Rajkot, and state BJP president Jitu Vaghani in Bhavnagar.
Senior Congress leader Ahmed Patel will cast his vote at Piraman village of Bharuch, and state Congress president Amit Chavda at a school in Anklav in Anand district. Leader of opposition Paresh Dhanani, who is contesting from Amreli seat, will vote in Amreli.
Senior party leaders Shaktisinh Gohil, Arjun Modhwadia, and Siddharth Patel will vote in Gandhinagar, Porbandar, and Dabhoi in Vadodara tomorrow morning.
Congress leader and Anand candidate Bharatsinh Solanki would cast his vote in Dedarda village of Anand, and former CM Shankersinh Vaghela in Vasan village of Gandhinagar.
