We will keep every aspect of Siddharth Shukla's death in front of you in a very sensitive way.
Since this morning, the whole country is discussing the death of famous television actor Siddharth Shukla due to a heart attack. From offices, canteens and neighbourhoods, there is talk in every family that how an actor, who was only 40 years old, completely fit, and exercised for hours in the gym could die. He took special care of his food and drink. Not only Siddharth's fans but the whole country wants to know the answer to these questions, so we will keep every aspect of Siddharth Shukla's death in front of you in a very sensitive way. But before that, we want to pay tribute to Siddharth Shukla. We are with his family in this hour of grief.
Last evening, he went for a walk in the park with his mother where he told his mother that he was not feeling well. After that, he went to sleep early after taking a medicine. When he did not wake up till 9:30 in the morning, his mother went to pick him up and saw that Siddhartha was unconscious, after which he called a doctor and Siddhartha's brother-in-law and sisters. The doctor asked his mother to immediately take him to Cooper Hospital. Siddharth was taken to the hospital at around 10.30 pm and the doctors conducted his ECG but it was coming flat i.e. Siddhartha's heartbeat had stopped, after which the doctors declared him dead.
Today, we researched and tried to understand that a person who, despite being just 40 years old, stays in the gym for two to three hours every day, takes a special diet and keeps himself fit under the supervision of the trainers, how can he suffer a heart attack?
Siddharth looked absolutely fit even at the age of 40 and he had made a great body keeping his acting career in mind. For this, he used to spend many hours in the gym. To keep himself healthy and fit, Siddharth used to take a special diet. He had a desire to look good and he was successful in it too. But his death due to a heart attack at such a young age shows that heart attack can make a person of any age a victim.
According to doctors, now the youth of 18 to 20 years also get heart attack. As per the Cardiology Society of India, 4 people in the age group of 35 to 50 years get a heart attack every minute in India. And 25 per cent of the people who die of heart attack in India are below 35 years of age. Earlier, heart attack was considered to be a disease of older people but now young people are also becoming victims of it rapidly.
Now the problem is that heart attack mostly comes to those young people who do not do any kind of exercise and whose routine does not include physical activities. But those who do more exercise in the desire to look good and fit or those who consume steroids in a hurry to give a special shape to the body can also suffer heart attack. Especially those who do High-Intensity Exercise, their heart rate suddenly increases and there is a risk of heart attack.
Experts believe that 20 minutes of exercise every day is enough to stay healthy. But many people exercise too much. Siddharth Shukla also used to go to the gym every morning and evening for many hours and he did not miss his gym at all.
Some people claim that Siddharth Shukla was a chain smoker. That is, he used to smoke cigarettes continuously. In a reality show, Siddharth himself admitted that he was addicted to cigarettes. However, in the same show, he also claimed that he no longer smokes.
Doctors believe that smokers are two to three times more likely to have a heart attack than non-smokers. Apart from this, many people who build bodies by going to the gym also use Anabolic Steroids, which has a direct connection with heart diseases. Even the use of such steroids in small quantities can cause heart attack.
Most of these steroids are introduced into the body through injection. Some experts claim that 40 to 50 per cent of bodybuilding people in India have used steroids at some point in their life. According to research by the Associated Asia Research Foundation, about 3 million people going to the gym in India use steroids. Out of which, 73 per cent are between 16 and 35 years of age. That is, such people do not achieve fitness by hard work, but bring it to their body through injection.
There is pressure to look good in the film and fashion industry. For this people also take steroids, supplements and stress also dominate them. How many people follow you on Instagram or other social media apps, its pressure also remains and sometimes all these pressures together become heavy on someone's life. That's why we are saying that it is okay to want to look good, but you have to take care of it if this desire does not overwhelm your body.
Now whether cigarette was responsible for the death of Siddharth Shukla, excessive exercise or consumption of any wrong medicine, we cannot say this. But Siddhartha's death has told that this is the time to be more aware of his health than ever before.
