CREDAI’s Bangalore chapter inaugurated the second edition of its Realty Expo on Saturday.

The focus of this edition will be luxury housing and affordable housing.

The event, which is aimed at raising the awareness and growth of the real estate industry in the city, has about 95 developers offering an array of projects at attractive prices.

IIM-C golden jubilee
The Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C), celebrated its golden jubilee year in the city on Saturday.

The premier institute, which had the best placement record last year, as part of its standard upgradation, has already added quarter of a million sq ft of infrastructure, with plans to double this in near future.

Ajit Balakrishnan, the chairman of IIM-C, said, “We are the number 1 providers of online education. Around 10% of our revenue comes from online courses, which is higher than even Stanford and Harvard universities.”

Balakrishnan added that the institute’s vision is to become an international centre of excellence in all the aspects of management studies.
