Yeddyurappa had been shifted to a hospital from jail in the early hours after he complained of chest pain.

Karnataka Chief Minister Sadananda Gowda visited former Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa in hospital today

Yeddyurappa, who was sent to judicial custody yesterday,
had been shifted to a hospital from jail in the early hours
after he complained of chest pain.

Yeddyurappa, 68, is undergoing treatment in the ICU of Jayadeva Hospital, doctors said.

The Special Lok Ayukta court yesterday rejected bail and
issued an arrest warrant against Yeddyurappa who has been
facing allegations of denotifying government land violating
rules when he was the chief minister.

The BJP leader later surrendered before the court, which remanded him to judicial custody till October 22.
