Menakshi Lekhi inaugurates fundraiser organised by Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence

Meenakshi Lekhi the national spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party, inaugurated a fundraiser organised by the Bangalore based Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence (CEE). The event was held in Bangalore, at Leela Palace.

After the inauguration, Meenakshi Lekhi elaborated on the schemes that the government plans to allocate Rs 10,000 crore fund for start-ups and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in the country. "The start-up scenario in the country is moving towards a very bright future and in the coming years, the start-ups will decide the economic destiny of the nation. CEE is an organisation which relentlessly works towards filling the gap between the entrepreneurs and the Government, thus helping the entrepreneurs achieve their goal," she said.

Talking about the Rs 10,000 crore funding, Lekhi said, "The Government expects full utilisation of the schemes and the funds, so that entrepreneurs can proceed with their innovations." She also stressed on the importance of innovation and hoped that Indian start-ups will be able to compete in the global landscape.

The gathering was also addressed by Dr Som Singh, Founder, Unspun Consulting Group and Tejasvi Surya, State Secretary - BJP Youth Wing, Karnataka. The entrepreneurs got the opportunity to clarify their doubts and share inputs in the one-on-one session with Meenakshi and Dr Som Singh.
