As workers of the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) face the ire of the public on account of long disruption in water supply, the BWSSB has requested the people to understand the being problems faced by the board.
In its appeal, the BWSSB has asked members of the public to promptly inform the nearest office of the board of any disruption in water supply.
Earnest efforts are being made to make water available to all Bangaloreans, the board said, requesting residents to be calm and patient while bringing any incidence of disruption of water supply to the notice of the BWSSB.
The board has also urged the public to understand the enormity of the task of keeping the city supplied with adequate water, and exercise patience.
