The KJP held a workshop for the recently announced candidates of the party.

The KJP held a workshop for the recently announced candidates of the party. The workshop was focused on how to file affidavits, the strategies that need to be followed during the campaigns and so on. They were told to highlight the popular plans introduced by the party president BS Yeddyurappa when he was in power, especially the Bhagyalaxmi scheme.

“In the workshop, the participants were given training on how to file the nominations and documents they need to submit, along with affidavit and campaigning strategies that need to be adopted and on other subjects. They were told about how to identify ten proposers respected constituency, how to find polling and counting agent and the person who maintain campaign expenditure and other details,” the party leader Dhananjay Kumar said. He added that all the 69 candidates whose names have been declared in the first list have attended the workshop.

On the other hand, the party is also working on a manifesto which will be released in couple of days.

“The party has decided to give impetus to agriculture and infrastructure and other prominent sector. The party leaders are working on the manifesto and it will be released in couple of days,” Kumar said.

Meanwhile, Yeddyurappa said that in coming days, many leaders of backward and minority classes will join the party.
