Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is often termed as someone who has a bad temper and 'don't mess with me' aura. However, the actor, during a recent media interview, stated that he does not have a temper, but anger - the one that urges him to be better.
During a video interaction with NDTV, Salman Khan said that he has a lot of anger. He said that it should not be confused with temper, because his anger is in a certain direction - to improve himself.
He said, "I have a lot of anger and I think it is good. Anger is not temper. You need the fire, which is the anger towards yourself. You need to have anger to better yourself, take a stand on something. Temper is not okay because in that you would just lose your cool for no rhyme or reason."
The actor spoke about the difference between anger and temper and stated, "Maybe you have diabetes, BP problem, hormonal issue, but all of these things are just one tablet away. In that, your insecurities which you don't care about, suddenly become larger-than-life. It is like 'rai ka pahaad' and you are actually suffering that. How many times would you even feel bad for that person?"
Here's the interview:
Over the years, Salman Khan's name has been linked to public fights. The biggest names involved were - Shah Rukh Khan and Vivek Oberoi.
While it is believed that Salman was upset with Vivek for dating Aishwarya Rai and they have never been on talking terms ever since, the actor reportedly had a massive fight with Shah Rukh Khan at Katrina Kaif's birthday bash a few years back after some remarks were passed by the two.
More recently, it was reported that Salman Khan has stopped all communication with producer Boney Kapoor after his son Arjun Kapoor got into a relationship with his ex-bhabi Malaika Arora. Malaika was married to Salman's sister Arbaaz and has not communicated with the Khan family since the couple got divorced in 2017.
