Shekhar Suman said that his only birthday wish is that the culprits in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case are caught soon

Veteran actor Shekhar Suman, who had started 'Justice 4 Sushant Forum' after the actor's demise, has refused to celebrate his own birthday on December 7. Taking to Twitter, Shekhar said that he does not want any excitement or revelry this year.

He further mentioned that the least he could do for late actor Sushant Singh Rajput is not celebrate the day but pray for justice. In his tweet, Shekhar asked that the culprits should be caught soon so that the case could get a closure.

"I’m not celebrating my bday on the 7th dec.That’s the least I can do for Sushant.There is no mood for any revelry or excitement.Instead I will pray that his culprits are caught soon and this case is given a closure. #StayUnited4SSR," he tweeted.

The last update in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case was the AIIMS concluding that the actor died by suicide. CBI, who has been conducting an investigation in the case, had requested AIIMS to carry out forensic investigation in the case.

CBI has however assured that the investigation in the case is yet ongoing. The Enforcement Department (ED) and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) have been simultaneously working to determine a financial and drugs angle in the case, respectively.

NCB had arrested Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik and Sushant's househelps for possession of illegal substances. Rhea is currently out on bail while Showik, also Sushant's business partner, and others, are still in custody.
