Alia Bhatt grabbed eyeballs in May when she sashayed into Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's star-studded wedding reception with Ranbir Kapoor (who was until then just her 'Brahmastra' co-star). Lil' Ms Bhatt instagrammed the moment in a caption-less post, which Karan Johar later called their 'inaugural' picture. Ranbir later accepted their relationship publically. Talking to GQ in an interview, he said in reply to the question whether he is dating Alia, “It’s really new right now."
Ranbir-Alia, however, were not the only couple to make their relationship official. Varun Dhawan - Natasha Dalal, Farhan Akhtar - Shibani Dandekar, Arjun Rampal - Gabriella Demetriades and Malaika Arora - Arjun Kapoor also sung, “Khullam Khulla Pyaar Karenge...” this year. They caused a flutter just by being seated next to each other at the Lakme Fashion Week.

On April 5, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan was sentenced to five years in prison after he was convicted of killing two blackbucks in 1998 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.The actor was kept in a cell amid tight security. The 52-year-old actor was released after a sessions court approved his bail application.
