Noted singer and performer Mika Singh, who is known for singing some of the most popular Bollywood songs, including Milegi Milegi from Stree, Subha Hone Na De from Akshay Kumar and John Abraham starrer Desi Boyz, Aaj Ki Party from Salman Khan starrer Bhajrangi Bhaijaan, among several others.

The brilliant singer however, apart from being in news for a list of amazing songs, has more often than not made it to the headlines for being a part of many controversies.

Recently, on Thursday, Mika Singh, who was in Dubai for an award function, Was detained by the authorities in UAE for allegedly harassing a 17-year-old girl.

Mika has been accused of sending the minor indecent photographs. 

But this is not the first time the singer has been involved in a controversy. Earlier too, Mika Singh has been questioned for indecent behaviour and has even been arrested for the same.

In 2016, a Mumbai-based model had filed a complaint of molestation against the singer.

Mika then lodged a counter-complaint against her alleging extortion

In 2015, Mika Singh was arrested and released on bail for allegedly assaulting a doctor during one of his concerts in Delhi.

The singer had slapped Dr Shrikant, an ophthalmologist posted at the Ambedkar Hospital, who had then reportedly suffered internal injury inside his left ear

A few years back, the singer was arrested at the Mumbai airport for allegedly carrying Indian and foreign currency beyond permissible limit

One of the incidents that sparked a lot of controversy was when in 2006, Mika Singh allegedly forcibly kissed actress Rakhi Sawant at his birthday party
