2. Aamir Khan in Taare Zameen Par

Aamir Khan essayed the role of Ram Shankar Nikumbh, a fun-loving and caring teacher in Taare Zameen Par who helps a dyslexic child Ishaan find innovative ways of learning. In the film, Aamir's character becomes emotionally attached with the child, for he sees in him, his own childhood and the difficulties he faced as a dyslexic child himself.
The film revolves around Ram Shankar Nikumbh and how he very carefully grooms and encourages Ishaan to cultivate his hidden talent -- painting.
