Shared by Irrfan Khan's elder son Babil on his Instagram account, the photo of the left of Irrfan hugging wife Sutapa is proof of the immense love between the two. While posting the image, Babil captioned it, "It’s true, time does indeed slow down in the spaces between your breaths. And once you’ve dreamed of more, how could you settle for less. Perhaps, it was over because you knew. Or perhaps, because I grew. But the sky isn’t so blue When the sun is setting over you (sic)."
While sharing the second photo in which Irrfan seems to be sharing a moment with wife Sutapa apparently on a film's set speaking something in her ears, Babil wrote some thoughtful words. His caption read, "5 years too much, And now you’re a stranger 5 years in love, Pickin straws out the haystack Flicking through the picket pages Of the books I never read through. And that’s just one half of it The other half is you, Gleaming through the wicked winter moon, I wish I could fit in your shoes. You have gone so far away. And I’m always just a little too late. Plucking the strings of my sitar to soothe, These Monday morning blues And I carried on like the wayward son, In the wayward sun, but I found myself roaming the wastelands. 2.Babil in conversation with dad Irrfan Khan
Irrfan Kha's son Babil often takes to his Instagram handle to treat his fans with some priceless moments he has spent with his dad. Last year, Babil had taken to his Instagram page and shared a few candid clicks with dad Irrfan from the sets of Angrezi Medium. In the photos shot in London, the father and the son duo is seen having an intense discussion on the sets amidst shooting a scene.
3.Babil's 2021 without dad Irrfan
Wishing his fans and followers a Happy New Year, Babil expressed how he felt about moving onto the next year without his dad, the legendary star Irrfan Khan. He captioned these couple of pictures he shared on Instagram on January 1, "On to the next one without you, still with your compassion. Public ko Happy new year! (sic)."
4.Babil shares childhood memories with dad Irrfan Khan
On different occasions in the last year since Irrfan Khan's demise, Babil shared several photos from his childhood days with his father showing the world what a doting dad the actor was. In one of the above photos, both Irrfan and Babil are seen donning sunglasses. He captioned the photo stating, "Look what I’ve found. If you thought I just started posing. (Lion king vibes)."
Sharing another photo on his Instagram account with doting dad Irrfan, Babil wrote alongside the image while expressing how he hates getting up everyday to the fact that his father is no more, "I slept for 14 hours and I didn’t want to wake up cause I was dreaming about you. Waking up is the worst, I hate realising everyday that you're gone. You didn't say anything, we just laughed. (He’s playing the OG ‘bounce’)
