All of 24, Samara has been part of a few Hindi films albeit behind the scenes., From Dishoom to Bhoot, Samara has been part of some blockbuster films and is now all set to make her onscreen debut.

Talking about daughter Samara Tijori's Bollywood debut, Deepak Tijori had told Hindustan Times in a 2018 interview, "Samara has finished her graduation and she is taking lessons in acting. Earlier, she wasn’t sure of what she wanted to do and if she wanted to follow what I do [acting] and be a part of the career that I have chosen. Eventually, she has made up her mind that she wants to be part of the trade."

Not many know that before landing an onscreen role in a Bollywood film, Samara has already been working behind the scenes. So far, Samara has worked in Vicky Kaushal starter 'Bhoot' and assisted director Rohit Dhawan during Dishoom (2016) that featured actors John Abraham, Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez. Last year, she was also seen in a short film, titled Grand Plan. Samara is also her mother's muse and is often seen doing photoshoots for her mom Shivani Tijori's namesake apparel line.

According to several media reports, in an unfortunate incident in 2009, Samara was kidnapped when she was 13. Samara Tijori while she was back on her way home when the kidnapper forcibly pulled her inside an autorickshaw and drove away to a lodge in Malad, Mumbai. The kidnapper was a resident from Malad named Pritesh Doshi and he was 24 years old. Thankfully, Samara was rescued in time and returned home in three hours. "We called Tijori’s daughter and staff at the Mantra Residency guesthouse in Madh Island - where he had taken her - to identify Pritesh. She identified Pritesh as the man
who abducted and sexually harassed her,” Senior PI Gawande had told Mumbai Mirror back then.
