Born in 1989, Sana has studied films & acting in Los Angeles, USA. Sana always wanted to enter the world on Bollywood like her family, however, after returning from the USA, she failed to gain a foothold in films.
Reports state that filmmaker Suneel Darshan wanted to create a love story of a young couple in 2006, for which he had chosen two new faces, Upen Patel and Sana Pancholi. The title of the film was 'Shakalaka Boom Boom', however, things did not work out and Sana could not make her debut in films.
After things did not pan out, Kangana Ranaut replaced Sana Pancholi and was cast in 'Shakalaka Boom Boom'. The film was released in 2007, a time when reports were rife with Kangana Ranaut and Aditya Pancholi.
After an unsuccessful attempt to enter the film industry, Sana Pancholi has now turned to the hotel and restaurant industry. Sana is now a successful restaurateur in Goa.
Sana Pancholi is quite close to her brother Sooraj Pancholi. Sana is the elder sister of Sooraj. The two are often seen hanging out together with their friends Tiger Shroff and his sister Krishna Shroff.
In an earlier interview with DNA, Sana Pancholi had opened up about her and Sooraj Pancholi's relationship. She had said that Sooraj is very settled and calm, whereas she is the opposite of him. Sana said that she is just like her father and she gets angry quickly.
