Helmed by visionary filmmaker Ridley Scott, the mastermind behind the original Alien series, the decision to adapt the revered Aliens movie saga into a television series is a momentous one. The series is set to air on FX, a major network in the United States.
Before trying his hand at acting, Adarsh was a musician and the lead vocalist of the rock band, Oak Island, which was also featured in MTV Indies-Never Hide Sounds. The actor made his big debut in Shah Rukh Khan’s movie My Name Is Khan, where he played the young Rizwan Khan. The actor then starred in movies like White Tiger, Rukh, Madly, and Mom. Not only this, the actor’s performance in White Tiger also earned him a prestigious BAFTA nomination alongside the legendary Sir Anthony Hopkins.
The actor is recently seen in Rajkumar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan, and Gulshan Deviah-starrer Guns & Gulaabs wherein he essayed the role of Jugnu, the hier of an opium lord. Adarsh Gourav also has Ananya Pandey and Siddhanth Chaturvedi-starrer Kho Gaye Hum Kahan in the pipeline.
