About 16 years ago, Ajay Devgn starred in Company, a movie co-produced by Boney Kapoor, which was directed by Ram Gopal Varma. If trade gup is to be believed the Bollywood superstar and Boney may be reuniting for the second time. A source says, “The movie is a biopic. It has a kickass script and Ajay has apparently loved it.’’ Neither Boney nor Ajay are willing to speak on the subject yet because discussions are at a nascent stage. Our source adds, “The script’s second draft is being worked on. Other aspects like the director, leading lady, etc, are yet to be finalised.’’
The film is likely to go on floors next year as Ajay is busy shooting his forthcoming films.
Besides Indra Kumar’s Total Dhamaal, the two-time National Award-winning actor also has to finish work on Luv Ranjan’s production where he pairs up with Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh. On September 25, Ajay is also expected to start work on one of his most ambitious historicals — Tanaji, The Unsung Hero.
