Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff have THIS co-incidence in common

Twenty-five years ago, when Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar was not the brand he is today, he had done a photo-shoot with lensman Jayesh Sheth outside a building called Prime Beach. Akshay often regales people with stories of how he had leaned against the compound wall and the watchman had asked him to move. Who was to know that years later, Akshay, who is one of the highest paid and most popular Indian entertainers, would end up owning several flats in the very same building outside which he had once posed. 

And the reason why we are recounting this story is because something similar happened with Tiger Shroff. A couple of years ago, lensman Dabboo Ratnani took the star-beta to the under-construction Paramount building in the suburbs for a shoot. Tiger had liked the place back then and made a mental note that he would buy himself a home here. Voila, today Tiger has bought himself three flats in the very same Paramount gated community.
