The megastar admitted that he has no new information or any insights to share with his fans and acknowledged the fact that even though he wouldn’t get the 20-30 lakh numbers ‘like the popular stars’, he said he was grateful for receiving love from the 1-2 lakh people who were showing him with their love and likes on the social media platform.

Sharing a collage of his photos from what seems like a photo shoot on Instagram, Bachchan captioned the image, “Sometimes it’s prudent to accept that you really have nothing to say on INSTA tonight... it’s not going to fetch you the 20 - 30 lakh numbers like the popular stars get .. but even the 1-2 lakhs that you get are after all 1-2 lakhs .. BE GRATEFUL FOR SMALL MERCIES".

On Twitter he wrote, sometimes one must accept that there is nothing to write on the micro-blogging site.

Earlier, the megastar was tested positive for coronavirus and was admitted at Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai. Along with him, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan were also COVID-19 positive.
