Amtiabh Bachchan-Taapsee Pannu's Badla trailer managed to intrigue one and all. The makers now released the first song from this film. Titled 'Kyun Rabba', the song, sung by Armaan Malik and composed by Amaal Mallik, takes you into the world of loss and heartpain.
The song commences with the story of Taapsee's family life. It is quite clear that the actress loves her daughter, but still has an extra-marital affair which she is getting ashamed of. 'Kyun Rabba' also features Amitabh Bachchan in glimpses. It also features her journey of getting suspected into the murder case of her boyfriend.
Taapsee Pannu is in focus of the song and she makes the whole situation which she is facing, look believable. Amitabh Bachchan, as usual, is a charm. Even if he arrives in just two glimpses in the whole song, Big B's killer expressions are enough to amp up the song.
Amaal, as usual managed to grip with his music. Armaan too has a voice which compliments the sad music. The duo has previously collaborated for songs like 'Naina' (from Sonam Kapoor's movie Khoobsurat), 'Ghar Se Nikalte Hi', 'Kuch To Hai', 'Buddhu Sa Mann', 'Hua Hai Aaj', 'Tumhe Apna Banane Ka', 'Main Hoon Hero Tera', 'Bol Do Na Zara' and 'Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon'. Just like most of those songs, they seem to have created a superhit song yet again.
Lyrics like 'Dil Haste Haste Ro Pada' and 'Kyun Rabba Iss Kadar Todeya Ve, Ki Ek Tukda Na Chodheya' set the perfect vibe for the song which depicts the sad state of life Taapsee lives in the movie. Watch the whole song here:

Director Sujoy Ghosh has managed to leave everybody intrigued after the trailer which made us cross-question every happening. In the first song too, Taapsee's depressed state leaves us confused if life is making a fool out of her or is she trying to fool everybody by playing with their minds? Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, the movie is slated to release on 8th March this year.
