The trailer of one of the most awaited films this year, AndhaDhun, has been released by the makers of the film.

The trailer which was released on September 2, stars Radhika Apte, Ayushmann Khurrana and Tabu in pivotal roles.

It was earlier announced that AndhaDhun trailer will be launched on September 1 night but unfortunately, due to unavoidable circumstances, it was dropped online in the wee hours on Sunday.

But, from what we see in the trailer, the wait was worth it!

In the beginning of the trailer, everything looks hunky-dory, high-spirited and full of life, while in the second half of the video, things take a massive turn and the situation gets really murky.

The trailer starts with Ayushmann essaying the role of a blind piano player who mesmerizes everyone with his tunes.

Radhika Apte is quite fond of him. They can be seen hanging out with each other and having a gala time, but with Tabu entering the scene, who plays the role of a gorgeous married lady, things take a turn for the bad.

Ayushmann arrives at Tabu's residence to play piano, where a murder takes place. Later, a series of events follow which raise your eyebrows.

The trailer, at several junctions makes one question Ayushmann's blindness as well.

All in all, the trailer is very intriguing and we can't wait to watch the film, which looks like perfect balance between all things merry and mystery!

Ayushmann Khurrana trained for two months under Los Angeles based pianist Akshay Verma to ace the role.

Along with the video of the trailer that Ayushmann shared on Twitter, he wrote, ''You can't see what I can...or maybe you can. 'See' for yourself!  Apologies for the delay but here's the #AndhaDhun''

Ayushmann Khurrana was last seen in 2017 film Shubh Mangal Saavdhan along with Bhumi Pednekar, whereas Radhika Apte is currently back-to-back featuring in Netflix series.

After Lust Stories and Sacred Games, the actress was seen in Ghoul

The thriller, AndhaDhun has been directed by Sriram Raghavan, who has earlier helmed Badlapur
