Anupam Kher’s Twitter account hacked, Turkish ‘cyber army’ writes ‘I love Pakistan’ message from his handle

National Award winning actor and FTII boss Anupam Kher’s Twitter account was hacked on Tuesday afternoon.

Hackers have identified themselves from Turkey. Calling themselves Turkish ‘cyber army’, the hackers tweeted messages from Kher’s Twitter handle that confirmed the cyber crime. ‘My Twitter account has been hacked. Just got few calls from friends in India about it. I am in Los Angeles and it is 1 am. Have spoken to Twitter already,’ Kher was quoted as saying by news agency ANI

In a tweet, the hackers said, ‘your account has been hacked by the Turkish cyber army Ayyildiz Tim. Your DM correspondence and important data have been captured!’ ‘I Love Pakistan,’ they wrote in the same tweet.

Minutes after the hacking, Kher’s account has been suspended.

Looks like the authorities at the micro-blogging site are busy in restoring Kher’s account.
