The artist from Argentia called out Disha Patani for claiming his artwork belonged to her younger brother Suryansh

Disha Patani recently shared an artwork and said it belonged to her younger brother, Suryansh. Soon enough, she was called out for falsely crediting her brother for the artwork which was originally created by an Argentanian artist who goes by the name of Inhoso.

Upon noticing the missing credit, Inhoso called out Disha for not crediting him for the work. “Sorry I fell asleep. The thing is that this influencer/celeb reposted one of my drawing, cropped it (the watermark) and claimed her little brother drew it. I am not her little brother and this whole thing is without my consent,” he wrote.

The artist further wrote, “Fan arts are actually kind of illegal so I can’t do much about it. I know it’s a bit frustrating but it’s a copyright character,” he said. He also thanked his followers for jumping to his defence and said, “The only thing that I should say is chill, I know it is frustrating but we are not going anywhere being mean and insulting them.”

Diet Sabya among other users shared the post and also called out Disha for not giving credit where it is due.

Disha had shared the post writing, “#sketchbysuri my little bro’s art inspired by inhoso.” Inhoso had originally shared the artwork in July with his watermark on it.

In his latest post, he shared,

"Well things actually escalated really quickly, I really appreciate all the effort and the support. I must say that, I particularly think the whole "problem" was just a misunderstanding, and its already settled, they gave me credits in the post and that is more than enough. I do not want to get they account reported or the post taken down. That's not gonna change anything or make any difference.

As I said, I really really appreciate your support. I know it's a bit frustrating for a lot of you, including myself of course, and the heat of the moment does not help, but it's all cool now. Now... what is not cool at all is bombarding a post with mean comments, hate speech and threats.

So let's just be mindful for a moment and consider it as a misunderstanding or a mistake. They just reproduced my art as practice, and it looked so nice that they felt proud enough to post it on their account, then after a lot of comments and stuff they realized that they should have credited the artist. And THEY DID IT!

So that's it! Let's just move on! Thank you so much for the support"

Diet Sabya and Disha Patani have come at loggerheads even previously. It happened earlier this year when Disha Patani was seen in a total rip-off of the song 'Do You Love Me' for 'Baaghi 3'. Even her outfit for the song was copied from the original.
