Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Badhaai Ho is doing extremely well not only in India but also in the international markets.
Till now, the family entertainer, which also stars Sanya Malhotra, Neena Gupta, Sureka Sikri and Gajraj Rao among others has grossed Rs 56.32 crore (net Rs 45.06 crore) and Rs 16.54 crore at the overseas box office.
The film currently stands with the grand total of Rs 72.86 crore, and is expected to enter the Rs 100 crore globally by the end of its opening week.
Interestingly, Badhaai Ho is the Vicky Donor actor's second release in October after Sriram Raghavan's AndhaDhun, which was also a success at the box office.
Since Badhaai Ho has been doing good so far and is garnering positive reviews from all the movie buffs and critics alike, it is expected that the film will have a steady viewership in the weekdays as well.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh said that the 'film embarks on an impressive start in international markets'.
In his tweet, he wrote, "#BadhaaiHo embarks on an IMPRESSIVE START in international markets... Total: $ 2.25 million [16.54 cr]...USA-Canada: $ 821k UAE-GCC: $ 600k UK: $ 112k Few cinemas yet to report."
Badhaai Ho, directed by Tevar helmer Amit Sharma, has been produced under the banner of Vineet Jain and Aleya Sen.
