Bank of Baroda to auction Sunny Deol's luxurious villa in Mumbai to recover loan of Rs 56 crore.

Gadar 2 star Sunny Deol's luxurious villa in Mumbai's Juhu is being auctioned by the Bank of Baroda to recover a loan of Rs 56 crore along with the interest levied on the loan. On Sunday, a notice was issued by Bank of Baroda in a national newspaper.

It mentioned Gadar 2 star Ajay Singh Deol aka Sunny Deol and other loan details. It also mentioned Bobby Deol, whose real name is Vijay Singh Deol, Dharmendra Singh Deol, and their company Sunny Sounds Pvt Ltd as Guarantors and Corporate Guarantor for the loan. The name of the Villa that is going to be auctioned is Sunny Villa which is located on Gandhigram Road in Juhu.

KRK shared the piece of the news and wrote, “Definitely, I am going to but it.” Meanwhile, Sunny Deol, who is currently enjoying the Gadar 2 success, reacted to the reports saying that he is now gearing up for the Border sequel. He took to Instagram and penned a note about the same and said ‘I have not signed any film.’

He wrote, “Some news has been circulating of me signing a few films, I would like to inform that currently I am only concentrating on Gadar 2 and receiving all your love. I have not signed any film and would be announcing something special soon at the right time. Till then keep showering your love on Tara Singh and Gadar 2.”

Meanwhile, as per the report of Pinkvilla, the story for Border 2 was ready in the past few years, and currently, the producers are in talks to bring a major studio backing the project. The portal quoted a source that said, "Border is among the most historic blockbusters of Indian Cinema and is easily a film that warrants a part two. The team has been discussing the probability of making a Border sequel for the last 2 to 3 years and everything has now finally fallen into place as the team is all set to make an official announcement of Border 2 in a fortnight."
