Looks like there's no stopping Ranbir Kapoor's recent release - Sanju. The Rajkumar Hirani dorectorial has taken the box office by storm. The Sanjay Dutt biopic is in no mood to slow down at the ticket wondows as the movie is seeing footfalls in great numbers even during the weekdays. Sanju has raked in a total of Rs 167.51 crore in just five days of its release. On Tuesday, Sanju managed to mint a total of Rs 22.10 crore which is pretty good.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to share the box office numbers of the film.

Friday: Rs 34.75 croreSaturday: Rs 38.60 croreSunday: Rs 46.71 croreMonday: Rs 25.35 croreTuesday: Rs 22.10 crore

Total: Rs 167.51 crore

Going by the current trend, we won't be surprised if Sanju crosses the Rs 200 crore mark by the end of this week. In that case, Sanju will become the highest grossing film of Ranbir Kapoor, exceeding the lifetime collections of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (Rs 190 crore). 

The movie has already broked the records of Tiger Shr0ff's Baaghi 2 (Rs 165.50 crore) to become the 3rd highest grosser of the year so far, in just five days. The Dutt biopic is likely to surpass the business of Salman Khan's Race 3 on Wednesday to become the second highest grosser.
